Artificial intelligence in healthcare is an umbrella term to describe the application of machine learning (ML) algorithms and other cognitive technologies in medical settings. It offers effective methods for acquiring, processing, and interpreting biomedical data. The purpose of this five-day virtual FDP Program/IEEE SPS Summer Seasonal School titled "AI in Healthcare" is to expose young signal processing researchers, students, and professionals to the area of artificial intelligence as applied to innovating healthcare solutions. We are organizing a number of talks of expert clinicians and engineers from within India and abroad. These experts are actively working in the area of AI in healthcare. We believe this workshop will expose attendees to the healthcare tech problems that need a solution, how AI is helping solve the problems, and the exciting current and future healthcare solutions that AI can provide.
